The General Plan Update (GPU) Team provided a presentation at a joint meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. The GPU team presented recommendations on the preferred land use map and development program to study. The City Council discussed single-family zoning and addressing exclusionary policies before the City Council and Planning Commission discuss, and City Council provides direction on, a preferred land use alternative.
