Culver City received HCD’s comments on the adopted 2021-2029 Housing Element on April 21st, 2022 which stated that additional minor revisions were necessary to certify the Housing Element, including stronger substantiation for the likelihood of redevelopment on some sites and a deeper analysis of fair housing issues.

The purpose of this Public Hearing was for City Council to review and consider minor updates to the adopted 2021-2029 Housing Element and addendum to the ND to respond to comments issued by the HCD. All members of the public were welcome to attend and participate in the public hearing either in-person or virtually via Webex.
