On September 4th, the General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) held an Open House as its first meeting for the GPU. The objectives of the meeting were to:

• Swear-in members and review GPAC Bylaws;

• Review GPAC organization and roles of members; and

• Hear an overview of the General Plan Update project.
